At the highest point of the property sits the unique Villa Magran, surrounded by spacious terraces offering overwhelming sea views. The terraces and stone stairs lead down to the pool level, a sun paradise with a 12m long pool, jacuzzi, loungers, parasols, and a pool bar. In cooler seasons or at night, you can enjoy the garden sauna. The small panoramic terrace to the left of the pool is ideal for casual family photos or candlelight dinners with an unforgettable sea backdrop.

Several paths between the olive trees lead down to the private beach club at the south end of the property. The pebble bay, complete with a beach bar, loungers, parasols, and water toys, promises fun with your favorite people, and there is a berth for 2 boats next to the bay.

The dining room has a large dining table and an open kitchen bar, with double doors opening to the terrace, which features an outdoor dining area and grill fireplace. Behind the kitchen bar is a professional kitchen where a chef can prepare delicious dishes if desired. All 5 bedrooms have terrace access, allowing you to enjoy fresh air and stunning views.
